Michał Dżoga

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, a manager with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology, public administration, and large business. A former member of the Advisory Team to the President of Poland, advisor to the president of Telekomunikacja Polska, and founder and first president of the Orange Foundation. Since 2010, he has been associated with Intel, where he was responsible for strategic programs with governments and international organizations in the EMEA region and served as Intel's Country Manager in Poland. Co-founder and chair of the Council of the Coalition for Polish Innovation, and currently co-founder and CEO of the Bearlake Group.

Max Dropiński

Currently, co-founder and Vice President of BearLake Group. He is also a semiconductor and AI expert, committed to building a European Silicon Valley at the intersection of Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Trained as an electronics engineer and a former officer, he combines military discipline, operational precision, and a "mission first" mindset with a deep understanding of advanced technologies and geopolitics. He played a key role in preparing the largest private technology investment in Poland’s history and co-created Intel’s global projects, working with factories and engineering teams across all continents.

Dr. Agnieszka Karlińska

Head of AI at Bearlake Group, co-founder and Head of AI at Quantica Lab, and an assistant professor at the University of Warsaw. She specializes in large language models and responsible AI deployment, combining academic work with leading R&D teams and implementation projects. She was the project director of HIVE AI and the leader of the PLLuM initiative, where she led a team of more than 200 people developing Polish language models and deploying them, among others, in public administration and the mObywatel app. Her research focuses on assessing and mitigating the risks of generative language models; her work has been presented at leading NLP and AI conferences (ACL, COLING, EMNLP).

She has experience leading complex initiatives at the intersection of technology, education, and institutional cooperation. At Intel, she delivered educational programs in artificial intelligence across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East as part of the Government Partnerships & Initiatives team. Previously, she worked with the British Council and the University of Warsaw, where she was responsible for implementing educational, social, and scientific projects.

She is responsible for the development of strategic projects at BearLake and for coordinating collaboration between the management board, project teams, and the company’s key partners. He has served on committees of Employers of Poland, Lewiatan, ZPP, and FPP. Since 2021, he has been providing strategic consulting for some of the largest companies in new technologies, energy, and the medical sector. He also supports defense sector and R&D projects.
